This morning was another great opportunity to feel great through rowing. I ran both workouts at our indoor rowing studio. We broke a sweat both times. The highlight for me was rowing with my two sons Xeno jr. and Christopher. They had a great time and on top of it it was their idea to go with dad to work. I love my job.
