2012 Here I come.

This is just a quick post.

I have decided to train and qualify for the 2012 Olympics. I do not have a plan as to which boat I will try to make.

I will compete for the United States of America.

I will surgically attached the rowing machine to my rear end.

The task at hand is to lose another 35 pounds. I want to race at 210 pounds, which is less then at the Olympic Games in 1996.

It is all about mind over matter. In this case my age of 36 helps me control my diet.

All the best,

Xeno

  1. Thats funny because I was about to move to California to have you train me for London as well! I am a 27 year old 6'1" 94kg Olympic Weightlifting Record holder (california junior of the year and oregon all time record holder and world level athlete)But I am looking to change sports to rowing at the recomendation of a few german coaches and an american swim coach. As soon as I tried the erg I was hooked, now I must become very serious, if I plan to become the best. Its gonna be a long road! Do they make erg butt pads? ha ha
