THE WINTER SEASON IS ON AT FULL BLAST HERE IN BIG BEAR LAKE, CAXeno Muller, Olympic gold and silver medalist, indoor rowing, rowing technique.

Let me clarify: Val has won the half pipe and the snowboard cross competitions in the last two months at Big Bear. No wonder he enjoys kicking back and building a snowman inform of the IRON OARSMAN logo. The other story about him is that he sailed a small sailboat against the wind from San Diego to Newport Beach, which is about 90 miles, from Monday night to Tuesday evening at 6 pm. I told him he ought to write a piece about this adventure. Maybe we will be lucky and he will do it. It was far from easy because a nice rain storm hit southern Califronia half way to Newport Beach.
