If you are looking for the perfect exercise to bring you to better health and fitness, look no more.     I love the rowing machine. Ever since I fractured may ankle and started using it (with one leg) during my rehab. I realized that it is a great and often overlooked piece of equipment.
    Thanks for reminding me to use it more often.
